APARTMENT RESERVATION
The reservation sent per email will be confirmed as soon as we recieved the deposit of 1/3 of the total amount for the whole stay by international bank transfer. This deposit has to be made within 3 days starting from the day we send the offer. If the deadlines are not respected we have to cancel the reservation.
The apartments cannot be occupied by more persons than declared at the time of booking. Where possible the fift bed costs per day. Dogs are allowed in some apartments, however only if declared at time of booking.

The reservation is valid:
- from 16°° o'clock on the day of arrival
- until 9.30 on the day of departure

The reservation is valid for the confirmed dates also in case of late arrival (please communicate it) or earlier departure. The final sum has to be paid at least 3 days before departure.
